Basic course in typical tuscan cooking

COOKING COURSE: LA SCUOLA DI LAURA
PRESENTATION

Tuscan cooking is based on easy ingridients which cooked in in an harmonious way make this way of cooking, wellknown all over the world, really unique and tasting.
The course teachs, in an easy and surely successfull way even for those who aren't inclined for cooking, to prepare a complete tuscan dinner, starting form hors-d'oevre up to dessert and give the possibility to couple the right wine.

In order to garantee a high quality level either in contents or in ingridients of recipes, each course has four partecipants only.

The course has jointed of two single sides. Each of them lasts three hours about. At the end of each side there is a nice and complete typical tuscan dinner. The side starts at 17:00 and end at 20:00. The dinner is at eight and finish at 22:00. The schedule (days and time) is on a separated paper.

The teacher is Laura Salaorni Vitagliano who is an expert cook. She works as professional thecnologist specialist on tuscan pastries and cakes.
The course takes place at the teacher's apartment situated right in the center of Florence, close to Ponte Vecchio. From there, it is possible to have a beautiful vew of Arno river as well as historical monuments.
As described above, at the end of each side there is a nice and complete dinner that is with all the teacher family in order to give to partecipants a good occasion for spendig some time with an italian family in a really "italian style of life"
